Congratulations on your decision to be a part of the 2007 Brazil Mission trip. Though we haven't left home yet, our journey together is now beginning. Get ready for the best Brazil trip yet!January 21
- Trip Meeting (attendance is required for those who live in Indiana). Please note that trip meetings will be on the 3rd Sunday of every month.
February 18
- Trip Meeting @ Pr. Ortiz’ home - 4:30pm.
- Trip Application and deposit due if you want to qualify for the “Early Bird”.
- Also turn in a copy of your Projected financial form.
March 18
- Trip Meeting @ Bedford.
- Apply for a passport (if you don’t have one already or is about to expire).
- Garage Sale @ Charlie & Melanie Meadows' home.
April 1 - Benefit Concert and Silent Auction.
April 15
- Trip Meeting.
- “Early bird” payment due.
- Passport and visa application due.
April 22 - Garage Sale at Meadow’s.
May 15 - Have all vaccinations completed.
May 20
- Trip Meeting.
- Regular registration due .
- Passports sent for visa ($50 extra after this date).
May 21 - Late bird applies from this date on.
June 16 - Trip meeting @ Campmeeting
June 30 and July 7 - Sendoff programs in different churches
July 1 - Packing party @ Pr. Ortiz’ home.
July 10
- Departure to Brazil! Meet at the Bloomington church. Transportation provided for those living in Bedford and Bloomington.
